Our Trusted Friends from Washington

This is Patty Custer from Vashon Island, Washington.
This is her first Halibut fishing trip and she caught a 40 pound fish.
She called her family at midnight to brag (it isn't dark in Alaska so she didn't think about the time) but her sister wasn't impressed.











This is Bob and Patty Custer at the head of the Chilkoot Trail near Skagway, Alaska. Her grandfather hiked the trail twice during the goldrush years.


We are so thankful to our friends for driving our truck and camper home for us. When they left us, they took a cruise ship back home to enjoy the other half of the Alaska experience.
